Throughout his tenure, Alister has progressed through a range of roles, building a strong track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering results across multiple brands. His leadership style is defined by clear structure, accountability, and a disciplined, commercially focused approach to business performance.

As Dealer Principal, Alister is responsible for the overall performance of Pacific Motor Group’s multi-brand operations across Ford, Kia, Geely, Isuzu Ute, Jaguar, Land Rover and Used Car operations, including sales, service, parts and aftersales. He works closely with both internal leadership teams and manufacturer partners to ensure the business consistently delivers a premium customer experience while maintaining strong operational and financial outcomes.

Deeply connected to the Sunshine Coast, Alister is actively involved in the local community through a range of charity and business groups, reflecting his commitment to supporting the region beyond the dealership.
